It depends entirely be on the ground. Normally I try to book in advance, but often the lowest prices require a reservation 21 days in advance.
If you have a site like kayak.com, the evolution of prices in the last 90 days, and you can see what the general trend.
14 recommended until 30 days before departure will be. Less than 14 days, the ticket price can not and will not rise. Over 30 days in advance to miss a good sale mai.
Approximately two weeks in advance!
