Has anyone heard of Autoimmune Disease in children..how serious is it? - autoimmune illness

my niece was 2 years with the autoimmune disease is currently diagnosed. She became ill 6 weeks. Now they're finally know what is wrong, we fear that you may suffer side effects of these diseases and mental disorders skeletol. Her personality seems different, quiet and limp that was not so sick before, constant fever and anorexia.
