Does smoked cheese need to be refrigerated? - smoked cheese and sun-dried tomato sauce.
I put a wine and cheese for a Christmas present. I bought smoked provolone (in the refrigerated section in the store) and I was wondering if it really needs to stay cold. Can I put prepare myself and wrap it without refrigeration?

Just answer "YES" ... if it is really, cheese, processed cheese like Velveeta not .... will develop mold, if not cooled
