How can I find the CA Civil Code that covers changes in a lease regarding parking (30 day notice)? - parking lease contract
My contract says they have to give 7 days.
They said state law says 30 days, and it replaces state law.
I think the Civil Code.
Thank you.

Try www.findlaw.com
Follow the links to the Board and the Civil Code. You can search by keyword, but I think the poster is correct.
Good Luck

Their national law on the front pages of thirty days prior to the rental of housing. In other words, your home. The parking section of your contract is not involved in the housing, and thus the conditions of the contract remains in force.
