Are HotelClub &Hotels.com scammers? & What do I do if they are? - quick trip credit card

Yesterday I paid for hotel reservations by HotelClub and Hotels.com.

I did a quick search to see if anyone one of the services first and found nothing had been misspelled.

Well, today I came across websites that say they are fraud - Do not do it correctly, the addition of unauthorized expenditure, not to repay, etc., etc.

Now I'm really worried, and I do not know what to believe or what to do!

This is an important one in a dream trip that we do not want to ruin.

And they have my credit card. Eeeeek.

Any advice appreciated.
